Technical trainees from Vietnam are accepted as full time employees
Ohno Seiko Co., Ltd supports and participates in a foreign national training program.
Recently, two participants joined our company.

The foreign national training program is approved by the Immigration Control Law.
This program facilitates international cooperation with two objectives: to offer professional development for the trainee by conducting training through work at a Japanese business (which accepts the trainee), and for the trainee to be able to transfer the acquired skills and technology back to his or her own country.

2009.1

Okazaki City Fire Department (Aono) visited our company and presented an emergency and safety DVD for all employees.
Thereafter, the employees were also trained on how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator).

2008.12

Ohno Seiko Co., Ltd is also involved in the “Green and open space program” as a means to help protect the environment and prevent global warming.
The tulips that our employees planted at the end of the fall have now budded. With spring approaching, the flower bed looks like it will flourish.
